Dr. Vinod G. Gajghate started Madhur Integrated Rehabilitation Center in 1998 when the concept of addiction as a treatable disease was relatively unknown in India. With unwavering commitment, passion and untiring efforts, Dr. Vinod G. Gajghate has the growth of the organization from one room center to a renowned 30 bed center known for its quality treatment and training initiatives.
Dr. Vinod G. Gajghate is highly educated (Ph.D., BAMS, M.Phil, MSW(MPSW,FCW), MA(Sociology,Pol.Science), NET/SET(Social Work)) In recognition of his services, he was awarded the Rashtrapita Mahatma Gandhi Vyasanmukti Seva Purshkar, Govt. of Maharashtra (2015-2016) and the Bharat Vidhya Shiromani Award (2014-15). As a member of the State Level Committees with the Government of Maharashtra and as the Chairperson of ISES, Dr. Gajghate contributes to development of policies and guides initiatives to professionalize the field of addiction treatment.
His contribution is however most vividly reflected in the lives of thousands of patients who lead alcohol and drug free lives along with their happy families who received a fresh lease of life.
Secretary, Trustee Mr. Aryan Gajghate
Mr. Aryan Gajghate has been involved in the functioning of the Madhur IRCA from the online stage and coordinated the After Care Centre. He is currently the head of online activities for beneficiary.
Mr. Aryan Gajghate is introducing revolutionary initiatives into rehabilitation like Music Therapy, Online Assisted Therapy & Horticulture Therapy, which complement the primary treatment program, enhancing the treatment experience at Madhur IRCA. Mr. Aryan also believes in periodically exposing the team to various kinds of skill development training programmes that helps in upgrading themselves to the current trend in Rehabilitation.
Writer and Consultant Dr. Preetam Gedam
Dr. Preetam Gedam has Masters in Social Work with specialization Medical and Psychiatric Social Work and Ph.D (NET/SET Social Work). Alfred has 3 years of experience as Writer and consultant of Madhur IRCA. Dr. Prashant Hiwarkar
Dr. Prashant Hiwarkar working with Madhurangan Respite Care Home for Senior Citizens with Dementia, Bhiwapur. As a Medical Officer. He has qualified BAMS, CCH. From Govt. Ayurvedic College, Osmanabad. Under MUHS, Nashik.
Working in International NGO JCI (Junior Chamber International) India. Bhiwapur chapter, Zone-IX since 2012.
Dr. Hiwarkar has experience working with Dementia patients careering with Activities, families motivating them towards a holistic recovery in Madhurangan.

Mr. Shailesh Garode has a Master of Social Work& Master of Philosophy (M.Phil) in Sociology and Bachelor of Physical Education (Bp.Ed) Mr. ShaileshGarode has 03 years of experience working with patients, families motivating them towards a holistic recovery.He has Working with individuals, expertise in school awareness programs and physical fitness education in Madhur IRCA. Currently he mentors students undergoing internship at Madhur IRCA.
